This is a Draft page for Spencer Family YMCA's Volunteer Hub created solely to begin discussion about a system that could work to create and engage volunteer.

A real web site address would be used to redirect volunteers to a Y Created/Updated page on the Y of Greater Pittsburgh brand. Web site addresses available include: YVolunteerHub.org; SpencerVolunteerHub.org; SpencerVolunteers.org; and many other catchy names that could be shared with members to get them to be a participant.

Please click the Page Links above to see what forms would look like that would be used to:

• Collect Contact information for volunteers that would be approved including a quick background check.
• List all Opportunities
• And, actually sign up to fill specific volunteer roles

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• Google Forms do NOT require a Google account
• Results from each form would be automatically summarized in a GoogleSheets spreadsheet that could be shared among staff/leaders. This is also possible without a Google Account.
• The "Brand" for the Volunteer Hub (our name and web site) would be shared with all SFY Members and could be posted throughout the building and on our social media platforms.
• The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh has access to the full Google Suite and could add forms and/or links to the Y's branded (and exclusive) web site.
